This comprehensive online information website is one of our own projects, and an opportunity for us to explore a topic we are very passionate about. It is the first of several projects we have underway. Creating a dynamic online business is not the easiest, but as we have the skill set we thought it would be an interesting endeavour and the opportunity to showcase the potential of the new capablilities of the internet as more and more end users embrace broadband.

Website Features

We have designed this website as an indepth information based site for our own purposes and also as an incentive to generate web traffic. It is our aim to use the site as a magazine format and sell advertising space to aligned advertisers. We have installed a complex Advertising Banner programme which monitors the advertising and generates useful click through statistics. We have also set up comprehensive affiliate programmes to create a revenue stream from displaying products available from other websites. For instance if someone buys a health supplement or a book, we get a share of the sale.

The website has a member log in facility, where members can log in and comment on articles, as well as upload their own articles to help grow the site. There are loads of youtube clips throughout the site to add a layer of dynamic interactivity without the huge investment of time in having to generate our own clips. We will eventually add our own clips which will also be uploaded to youtube to generate an additional web traffic stream.
