A pinch & a punch with some great tunes

December already. Where has the year gone? December is traditionally a mad month for us as local Nelson clients get into "summer" mode and want to get prepared for the tourists. This year we are heading to Taupo for a summer break so book your projects in early folks!
We will be doing some limited work whilst away (the joys of laptops) but would prefer not to get surprise jobs with the email subject "this has to be done by tomorrow........" Chances are we will be at the lake teaching Sophia all about water, ducks (her favourite), swimming and sandcastles.

Looking for some cool summer sounds? Check out this great lady - Kate Earl. I stumbled across her site whilst investigating how to install a new slideshow programme. Wow! Chilled, melodic, nicely poppy with a alternative folksey feel. Think Heather Nova mixed with Beth Orton and a little Gnarls Barclay thrown in. You can visit her website here where you can listen to her album. Haylee has been on my case for playing this over and over, but it is just so nice...........If you are keen to buy this album it is only US$10 - a bargin. You can go through to amazon through our affiliate links. You get a great deal, and we make a few cents in the process. Clever huh! Sell you on an idea, rave on about it then close with an easy link that makes us a little cash. If you have a US address you can buy the download for just US$5 - thanks little brother for living in the States. I will buy a download myself because I would love to support her and it is scary using the filesharing sites these days. It is like sharing a drink in a seedy nightclub with a stranger you have just met, you never quite know what you'll catch or if the drink has a little "extra" thrown in to make your night really interesting, but not in a good way!
