A classic from the FailBlog archives that got sent around the email circuit. This is proof that not only is big brother watching, but so is everyone else if you are a plonker. I wonder if this teacher still teaches? I would imagine it would have made it's way back to those in question by now surely.

Both Haylee and I have been getting back into yoga at the local Hot Yoga studio. It is a great workout, and if you are like me and like to do some serious stretches at the start of the day, then the 6am classes are just wonderful.

Be motivated and organise yourself a class or 3. The link takes you to their website where you can check out their programme online and see what will suit. If you haven't done yoga before perhaps the YIN classes is a great way to start - quite gentle and not to full on - for that check out Robert's Bikram classes - truly punishing, in a good way!

They do not behave in anyway like this dodgy as yoga teacher - it is all lovely and nice. Robert, the owner of the studio, is an amazing teacher. Highly recommended.
